If you're in Arizona, I am contracted with Aetna. For Washington residents, I take Aetna, Cigna, Cigna EAP, Kaiser Permanente, Kaiser Permanente Northwest, Regence, United Healthcare, and United Healthcare EAP.

For cash pay clients, my fee is $125 per session. If you have concerns about the cost of therapy, please don't hesitate to reach out. I offer sliding scale fees for clients with differing budgets.

To cancel, please text or call at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a full-session late cancellation fee.

I am currently only seeing clients virtually. Virtual sessions are conducted via telehealth using a secure and HIPAA-compliant software.

As a mental health provider, I am committed to transparency in pricing. I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate for the expected cost of any non-emergency items or services, including therapy sessions. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
